Subject: misidentified document
This is the testimony of Charles Conner about the fatal wounding of Patrick Carr during the Boston Massacre, not (as titled) the indictment of Alexander Mall. Both documents are from the Boston Public Library, so there must have been a mix-up at some point in the digitization process.

Incidentally, Charles Conner was the man who later tried to steal tea for himself during the Boston Tea Party. He bears watching.
